What we collect, and why
When you run a visibility test
Your email address and the details describing your activity. They are used to run the test you asked for and to send you its result. Legal basis: your request.
When you order an audit
Your name, your company, your email address, your trade, the areas you serve and your competitors. They are used solely to carry out the service you ordered. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
When you write to us
What you write to us, and what we need to reply. Legal basis: your request.
What we do not do
We sell, rent and pass on none of your information. We carry out no advertising profiling and take no automated decision about you. We set no advertising cookies.
Who else can access it
OVH, which hosts this site in France. PayPal, if you pay for an order: your banking details never travel through this site, they are entered directly with PayPal, which applies its own policy. OpenAI and Perplexity, whose engines are queried when you run the test, and which receive only the question asked, never your contact details. Nobody else.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask to see your information, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict its use, to object to its processing, or to get it back in a readable format.

Cookies
This site sets no cookies, neither for analytics nor for advertising. That is why no banner interrupts you.
Audience measurement
This site uses Matomo, an audience measurement tool we host on our own server in France. Your visit is not passed on to Google or to any other advertising company. Matomo is configured here to set no cookie and to create no persistent identifier.
The figures are aggregated: page views, entry and exit page, device type, browser, country and referring site. No identifying data is collected that way, and these figures are never matched against what you send us through a form.
Configured in this way, Matomo falls within the consent exemption the CNIL provides for audience measurement.
